Web Graphics Source offers unlimited technical support for your design up to 90 days after completion of your site, please visit our support pages to purchases additonal support AFTER the 90 day time frame ( This does not include re-designing or re-coding your site). Feel free to contact us here and we will respond usually within 24-48 hrs.
After your purchase, please keep in contact with me through e-mail as much as possible to keep a clear path of communication to help finish your design in a timely manner.
The time frame for completing your design is dependant upon two things: 1) The more you keep in contact with us, the faster your design can be completed. 2) Occassionaly we receive requests for several designs at a time, we will always inform you of our current amount of projects and offer a refund, or let you know the approximate time frame until we can complete your design.
Your are purchasing a service from us and/or graphics. Your purchase does not mean you are allowed to re-sell the graphics or design. We reserve the right to use your design in our portfolio for future reference.

It is the site owner's responsibility to keep his/her site up to date and patched after completion of the work. If the site needs patched or upgraded, we offer that service for a fee, please email us for details.
Once the design process has started, full refunds will not be allowed.
Some of the modules have certain server requirements for your web hosting, please contact us with any questions.
The modules/add ons are not refundable after purchase, all sales are final with the modules/add ons.

We will not make your categories, or upload your products for you. We will help you get started on how to accomplish it. The whole website is run thruough a admin panel, just like managing a eBay store if you have one. You do not need to know any html to make a listing or uploading products. You will need to learn how to re-size your images though.
