Unless otherwise stated in product description, all our digital download sales are final, and for a very good reason please read below.

We strive to make all sales an enjoyable online purchase at WebGraphicsSource. It is with regret due to software scammers we have a strict policy on all downloadable product sales. This policy has only been adopted because absolutely necessary. Our system was open to abuse by people downloading and keeping a product, and then demanding a refund while still using the product & the rights associated with the product.
There has been a very high rate of refunds due to software theft. A glut of orders have been placed for downloadable software then requesting a full refund. We have no way of checking if they actually delete the product from their PC or not.

Downloadable Products

All Sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via download from the Internet. Exchanges only will be given for sales via download.
Defective products will be replaced with same working product. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, we will gladly fix the problem.  If we cannot fix the the software you will be given the choice of an exchange or a 100% complete refund. Refunds are only issued to the same email address & account they were originally purchased with.
